Gerson Martinez

Gerson is a former derivatives trader turned bitcoin miner and investor in the digital asset space. He’s a dual citizen of the US and El Salvador. After his career in capital markets, Gerson worked in education and non-profit leadership in New York City, Washington, DC, and his home state of Maryland, where he focused on bringing educational and financial inclusivity to communities that struggle to do more than just survive. He studied Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Maryland and is a CFA charter holder. He’s a fan of game theory, ethics, and pupusas de queso con frijol.
